$80 + GST for a Fireplace Inspection and Report

$100 + GST for a standard* Chimney Clean & Fireplace Inspection and Report

$80 + GST for small Repairs + Parts

Larger Repairs / Parts will be quoted

More than one chimney? $70 + GST for any extra chimney cleans on the same property

*Our standard chimney clean is a straight forward clean. Hard to access flues, large flue kinks, large creosote build up etc. may incur an extra charge. Our technicians will talk to you throughout the process.

A $60 + GST harness fee will apply if works is to be done from the roof. A fall arrest system will be installed and setup to enable safe works. Our systems comply with work safe and industry standards. All technicians are trained and competent to carry out this work.

All reports will be sent via email once job is complete. Please retain this copy for insurance purposes.

An invoice will be issued to you via email once the job is complete and payment must be paid in full by cash or internet banking within 7 days.

Should you need to change a scheduled booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email. Unfortunately a call-out fee of $50 + GST will be charged if you are not at home at the scheduled time or you cancel less than 24 hours before.

Any call backs will not be charged if we have not completed the job properly.
